After a four-point weekend and a six-point week, Nottingham Panthers turn attentions to Saturday's visit of Manchester Storm to the Motorpoint Arena (19:00 face-off).
Last Wednesday night's 6-1 victory on the road in Guildford was followed by a 6-5 success over the Flames in Nottingham on Saturday.
The 11-goal thriller saw Chase Pearson score a hat-trick, Mitch Fossier net twice and Cooper Zech was also on the scoresheet.
Last night, Panthers skated to a 3-0 victory in the Skydome Arena against Coventry Blaze which was led by Kevin Carr's 33-shot shutout.
Matt Marcinew, Chase Pearson and Zsombor Garát (empty-netter) scored the goals as Panthers secured their third win in the Challenge Cup group stage.
The cup action continues this weekend with the visit of Manchester on Saturday in a game sponsored by AR Signs.
