The Nottingham Panthers Fan Experience Survey 2025 is part of a collaborative research project between Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University and the Nottingham Panthers.
Our goal is to better understand who our fans are, what motivates them, and how we can enhance the overall fan experience.
Your insights will help shape future improvements, community engagement, and commercial partnerships that reflect what Panthers fans truly value.
The responses will be anonymously analysed by MSc Marketing students at Nottingham Business School, with findings shared with the Nottingham Panthers team to support evidence-based decisions.
The survey takes around eight to ten minutes to complete. All answers will remain confidential and used for research purposes only.
As a thank you, anyone completing the survey will be entered into a draw to win an authentic game-quality Panthers alternate jersey, gold with #25 PANTHERS on the back and signed by the whole team.
We apologise that an oversight was made during the set-up of the original survey, such that email addresses were not being collected making it impossible to administer the prize draw.
The survey has been updated and re-launched. All previous responses have been deleted, so we are asking fans to complete the new survey again if they wish.
- The updated survey contains an optional field to provide your email address if you would like to be entered into the prize draw to win an Authentic Alternate Panthers jersey signed by the whole team. If an email address is not provided, you will not be entered into the prize draw.
- Any email addresses collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. Nottingham Business School will conduct the prize draw by selecting one winner at random from the email addresses collected. Only the winner's email address will be shared with the Nottingham Panthers for the purpose of contacting the winner, after which all other email addresses will be deleted.
- The Nottingham Panthers will contact the winner of the prize draw, via the email address provided, exclusively for the purpose of providing the prize. After the prize has been provided, the winner's email address will be deleted.
- No personally identifiable information will be shared between Nottingham Business School and the Nottingham Panthers as part of the processing or analysis of survey responses. Therefore, all survey responses will remain anonymous.
- The survey will now run until 23:59 on Monday 17th November 2025.
